To access the O&M Manual for your installation, follow these steps:
1. Login to the helpdesk system using your email address and password.
2. Goto 'Tickets'
3. Click 'Closed' at the top
4. Here you will find a closed support ticket called 'O&M Manual - #######'
- The ##### will be your project name
5. Click on the closed ticket, and when it opens you will find a link to our document management system with a password you will need to access the folder
6. Click this link, enter the password and all the files and folders will be displayed in your browser.
You can preview the file contents online without needing to download them or feel free to download all the files if you want to retain a local copy.

What if there is some information missing?
1. Click the reply button at the top.
2. Enter the details of what information you think is missing.
3. Our support team will verify your request and then add the required information.
4. The ticket will then be reclosed, and you will be notified of the update in your email.
5. Reaccess the ticket, as above, and the new files will be listed.
